The Andersen A2 is the UK's most architecturally considered home EV charger — designed in Wiltshire by a small British team obsessed with how a charger looks on the front of your home. Where most chargers are functional plastic boxes, the A2 is a hand-finished cabinet built around a single defining feature: every cable, plug and tail is concealed inside the unit when not in use, leaving a clean, minimal silhouette on the wall. The A2 is offered in 11 fascia options including real timber veneers (Walnut, Oak, Steamed Beech) and powder-coated metals (Slate Grey, Pearl White, Sage, Olive, Pebble), all swappable in minutes. Beneath the design, the A2 delivers a fully smart 7.4kW charge, Konnect+ cloud connectivity, solar diversion, dynamic load balancing and integration with all major UK smart tariffs.

Hidden Cable Storage
Every cable, tail and plug stores inside the cabinet when not in use — the A2 is the only home charger on the market with fully concealed cable management. The result is a clean, minimal silhouette that suits period homes, contemporary new-builds and everything in between.
11 Bespoke Fascia Options
Choose from real wood veneers (Walnut, Oak, Steamed Beech) or powder-coated metal finishes (Slate Grey, Pearl White, Sage, Olive, Pebble, Graphite, Ember Red). Fascias are user-swappable, so the charger can be re-styled if you redecorate.
Konnect+ Cloud Platform
Andersen's Konnect+ system handles smart scheduling, energy reporting, over-the-air firmware updates, and dynamic load balancing. Combined 4G + WiFi connectivity means the charger stays online even if your home WiFi drops.
Solar Surplus Diversion
Pair the A2 with a CT clamp and the Konnect+ app will automatically divert surplus solar generation into your EV — giving you genuinely free miles from your panels. Configurable thresholds let you blend solar with grid power on cloudier days.
Smart Tariff Ready
Native integration with Octopus Go, Intelligent Octopus, OVO Charge Anytime, EDF GoElectric and E.ON Drive — schedule charging to coincide with sub-10p/kWh windows automatically, no manual configuration needed.
