About the myenergi Zappi
The myenergi Zappi is the UK's most popular EV charger among solar panel owners, and for good reason — it's specifically designed to divert surplus solar generation directly into your car. Made in Lincolnshire by a UK company founded by two electricians, the Zappi uses CT clamp monitoring to detect your home's energy flow in real time and automatically adjust EV charging speed to match available solar surplus. In ECO mode, it uses at least some solar energy alongside grid power. In ECO+ mode, it only charges from 100% solar surplus — giving you genuinely free miles from sunshine.
